successful small business owner in a small town..atleast regarding keeping ther doors open but have been on paxil for 7years and i am a alcoholic.battle daily with wanting the blissfull mindset of when i was 12 and the waves of stress/depression/mood shifts and the obvious that i need to stop drinking....its like theres no seratonin in my brain.when i walk 5miles down an oregon country road i feel shades of hope then i celebrate the hike with alcohol and friends and wake up @3pm nextday lost mentaly.even i could answer this post if it wasnt me that alcohol kills and exercise is addictive.i guess i just wanta start a healing conversation with a complete stranger.....i can tell right from wrong but ultimatley iam embarresd to admit that im ill...when people are physicaly ill we almost brag about it(casts,crutches,) atleast we go get help..bye..thanx4listening...
